Our custom cart, Cosette, lets guests curate their own boards or boxes from 12 rotating artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal accompaniments. Every event is live-assembled on site by our cheesemonger, creating both a delicious spread and a memorable experience.

We offer flexible service styles from cocktail-style grazing to bottomless charcuterie. Menus change seasonally and can be customized to reflect your theme, preferences, or dietary needs. We also provide branded boards and take-home gifts, ideal for wineries, breweries, and corporate clients.
