Hakan Mertoglu

Hakan Mertoglu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2003, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of corTTex Europe BV. From 2006 to 2011, they co-founded and worked as a Principal Consultant at Commodum Consultancy Services. In 2009, they also took on a role as the Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Indeks Content & Communication Management Consultancy.

In 2009, Hakan joined AFFIANCE MANAGEMENT BV as the Head of Operations, eventually being promoted to COO from 2011 to 2015.

In 2015, Hakan founded Idea Field BV and became the Founder & CEO of the company. That same year, they also became the Managing Partner of 6Kare until 2017.

Starting from 2016, Hakan served as a Business Mentor and Board Member at Pepapp until 2019.

In 2017, they co-founded Bon Intelligence and became a Co-Founder & Board Member. The following year, in 2018, they co-founded North Star Venture Partners and held the role of Co-Founder & Board Member.

Finally, in 2021, Hakan co-founded Morla Moves BV and currently holds the role of Co-Founder & CPO.

Hakan Mertoglu obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Interior Architecture from Gazi Üniversitesi, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in AML-CDD-Transaction Monitoring from Nederlands Compliance Instituut in May 2015.
