Lars Högwall

Lars Högwall has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lars started their career in 1993 as an Area Sales Manager at Liwa AB, a position they held until 1995. From 1996 to 1997, Lars worked as an Area Sales Manager at Wedevåg Hesse Coating.

In 1998, Lars joined Bona AB as an Area Sales Manager for Europe, a position they held until 2003. Lars then transitioned to the role of Technical Business Development Manager, where they stayed until 2007. Lars briefly served as a Business Coordinating Manager at Bona AB in 2003.

In 2008, they became a Business Development Manager at Bona AB, a role they held until joining BW Resins in 2013. At BW Resins, Lars worked as the Sales & Marketing Director from 2013 onwards. In 2016, they became the Vice President of BW Resins AB and held the position until May 2018.

Returning to Bona AB, Lars took on the role of Director of New Business Development EMEA/APAC in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Director of New Business Development & Global Business Manager at Bona AB. Currently, Lars serves as the Director Global Strategic New Business Development at Bona AB, a position they assumed in January 2021.

Throughout their career, Lars has gained extensive experience in sales, business development, and strategic management across various sectors.

Lars Högwall completed their education at various institutions. From 2002 to 2004, they attended IHM Business School, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Lars then pursued further education at Adeptus Lund from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Lars continued their studies at Lund University from 2008 to 2010, earning an MBA in Management. In 2012 and 2013, they participated in the Partner Mentorprogram EFL Lund, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Lars also completed the Generact Negotiation Program at Evan Westerlund Generact AB in 2015, receiving a certificate in Negotiations. Finally, from an unspecified start year to 2022, they attended IHM Business School once again, this time studying Sustainable Business & Leadership.
