Mickey Gray

Mickey Gray is an experienced professional in the chemical and manufacturing industries, holding significant managerial and engineering roles over three decades. Starting at Milliken & Company, Mickey evolved from a Research Engineer to positions such as Production Manager and Advance Product Manager, focusing on production processes and quality development. Subsequent roles include Production Engineer at LyondellBasell and Product Manager at Arizona Chemical, where responsibilities spanned operations, process improvement, and supply chain management. As Plant Manager at Kemira and later Sterling Specialty Chemicals, Mickey led site operations and reported directly to senior management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Bona, Mickey holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
