Travis Mount currently serves as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Bona, starting in September 2025. Previously, Travis held the role of Operations Manager at Instrument Transformer Equipment Corporation from January 2024 to August 2025. From June 2017 to January 2024, Travis was the Plant Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, overseeing various specialties in carton manufacturing. Travis's experience also includes positions at Chelten House Products, Inc. as Quality Continuous Improvement Manager and Production Manager, and at PepsiCo as Product Availability Manager, where management of a 600,000 case capacity warehouse was key. Earlier roles included Maintenance Manager and Production Supervisor, along with experience as an Air Technician and On-Site Project Manager at TMS Consulting. In addition to professional roles, Travis contributed as the Entertainment Captain for the Penn State Dance Marathon, the largest student-run philanthropy globally. Travis earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Engineering Leadership Development from Penn State University between 2006 and 2011.
