Joke Dillis is a Young Talent Recruiter at Bonache, where responsibilities include developing strategies for Young Talent recruitment, matching candidates with company needs, building relationships with alumni and educational institutions, overseeing the recruitment process, and organizing engaging events. Previously, Joke Dillis gained valuable experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Bonache for 3.5 years, supporting the recruitment team and serving as the primary contact for candidates. Additionally, Joke Dillis has contributed as a Guest Lecturer at both AP Hogeschool Antwerpen and HOGENT, delivering seminars on job application tips for soon-to-be graduates. Education includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from Solvay Business School (VUB), a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, and further studies at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
