Haley Nelson

Haley Nelson is a tech operations leader with over 10 years of experience optimizing onboarding, training strategies, and customer operations. Currently, Haley works in CX Data and Operations at Bonafide Health, leveraging analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Previously, Haley served as an Education Policy & Program Researcher at USC Rossier School of Education, and as a Program Specialist for the Healthy and Ready to Learn Initiative at Children's Health Fund. Haley's additional experience includes roles in policy training with the NYC Department of Education and as Central Operations Manager at Shef, where significant operational improvements were achieved. Haley holds a B.A. in Cinema & Television Production from the University of Southern California and is pursuing an M.S. in Public Health & Education from Columbia University.
