Anna Kaprhálová's work experience begins in 2014 as a Customer Care Specialist at PROMOD, where they worked until May 2015. Anna then worked at OTIDEA as an Assistant to the Company from June 2015 to August 2016, and later as a Training Coordinator from August 2016 to December 2016. In 2017, Anna joined SYMBIO Digital as a Junior Office Manager for 11 months. Anna then moved on to work at Rohlik.cz as a Customer Care Specialist from November 2017 to January 2019, and at Bonami as a Customer Care Specialist from February 2019 to August 2019. Anna returned to Bonami in September 2019 as an Administrative Worker until February 2020. Anna is currently working as a Financial Assistant at Bonami since February 2020.

Anna Kaprhálová completed their general education at Gymnázium ARCUS from 2006 to 2014. Anna then pursued further education in the field of English Language and Literature at Bohemia Institut from 2014 to 2015. In addition, they obtained a certification in TOEIC in May 2015.
