Radek Hampl

Radek Hampl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Radek began their career as an Administrative Assistant at ČKD Kutná Hora, a.s. in 2014. Radek then worked as a Recruiter at Dunross Recruitment from June 2016 to April 2017. Radek later joined Alza.cz a.s. in April 2017, where they served as an HR Specialist for Marketing and Online marketing. In this role, they took care of offline and online marketing teams, and was responsible for recruiting PPC Specialists, SEO Specialists, Content Creators, and Marketing Team Leads. Following their time at Alza.cz, Radek transitioned to Bonami in August 2019, where they initially worked as an HR Specialist for Logistics and Global teams. Radek then served as an HR Business Partner for Logistics & Stores from May 2020 to February 2021, before becoming a Retail Operations Manager from February to November 2021. In December 2021, Radek was promoted to Head of Retail, and in May 2023, they assumed the role of Chief of Organization & Business Development.
