Ginta Eisaka

Ginta Eisaka has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Bonava since October 2019. Prior to this role, Ginta held the position of Human Resources Manager at Webhelp Baltics | Ukraine from January 2017 to September 2019 and at Transcom from April 2012 to January 2017. Ginta's early career includes positions as a Human Resources Specialist and Telemarketing Agent. Ginta also worked as a Restaurant Administrator at UAB "Cili holdings" from November 2010 to April 2011. Ginta holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences (2018-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Culture Theory and Management from Latvijas Kultūras akadēmija / Latvian Academy of Culture (2007-2011).
