Mike Auerbach

Mike Auerbach currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer and Head of Tax Equity Solutions at Bonaventure, beginning in July 2025. Previously, Auerbach held the position of VP of Growth at 1031 Specialists from October 2023 to July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Acquisitions Director at Bascom Northwest Ventures, LLC from January 2022 to January 2023, and Director at Monarch Realty Partners from November 2018 to June 2022. Auerbach also worked as a Loan Officer at loanDepot from May 2015 to June 2022, contributing to the company’s mission of providing exceptional value and transparency in lending. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Advisory Associate at Marsh from January 2014 to April 2015. Auerbach holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
