Stephen Burch

Stephen Burch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at Bonaventure since November 2022, Burch previously held the position of Partner and Chief Accounting Officer at Middleburg Communities from November 2020 to January 2023. Prior to this, Burch worked at Washington REIT as Controller and Director of Technical Accounting and Accounting Policy from January 2016 to November 2020. Burch began a career in accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where the role of Assurance Manager was held from October 2008 to January 2016. Burch holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a focus on Finance and Accountancy from Clemson University and a Master of Accountancy from the College of Charleston.
