Matt Decker is an experienced media professional, currently serving as Media Director at Boncom since April 2023, leading the planning and buying for a portfolio of cause-based accounts. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Boncom from September 2005 to April 2023, including Senior Media Manager, where responsibilities encompassed media forecasting, buying, price negotiation, and campaign performance analysis. Matt also managed numerous marketing projects and media buys in earlier roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of both strategy and execution. Earlier experience includes roles at the Department of Workforce Services as a Business Consultant and Employment Counselor, a Business Banking Officer at U.S. Bank, and various positions in marketing and media, including at Georgia Public Broadcasting and CNN. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BA in Broadcast Communications from Brigham Young University.
