Mark Powers

Mark Powers is a Senior Superintendent with extensive experience in construction management, currently serving at BOND Building Construction since 2025. Previously, they held senior roles at companies like Dellbrook | JKS and Lee Kennedy Co., Inc., where they managed large-scale projects, including apartment developments and office fit-ups. Mark began their career as a Project Engineer at Tishman Construction, contributing to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, and later became an Assistant Superintendent at Bovis Lend Lease, overseeing significant expansions for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. They hold a BA in History from Stonehill College and are pursuing a Certificate in Construction Project Management from Northeastern University.
