Jen Codman

Jen Codman, Assoc CIPD, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in transforming people functions across various organizations. Currently an Active member of the Community Open Org and serving as Strategic People Lead at the International Budget Partnership, Codman successfully developed and implemented a global people plan and consolidated HR activities into a global HRIS. This role follows a tenure as Head of People and Culture at Restless Development, overseeing global people initiatives, and as Senior People Partner at Royal Voluntary Service, where Codman led organizational strategy implementation. Previous positions also include Head of Human Resources Operations at Bioeden and Senior People and Learning Manager at British Red Cross, showcasing a rich background in people management and volunteer engagement. Codman holds a Level 5 CIPD in Human Resources Management and advanced degrees in Peace Studies, International Relations, and Project Planning and Management.
