David Lopes

David Lopes is an experienced Executive Board Member and Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a robust background in maintenance and asset management. They previously managed CUF’s Maintenance Department, overseeing various teams and coordinating major plant shutdowns with an 800 k€ budget. Lopes has held multiple roles at CUF-QI, including Six Sigma Black Belt and Maintenance Coordinator, and has contributed to the implementation of reliability-centered maintenance programs. They earned an Executive MBA from Porto Business School and have pursued advanced management studies, demonstrating a commitment to continual professional development in engineering and management.
