Currently, they serve as the Founder and CEO of XP Integrity, where they focus on building and scaling responsible AI products for various technology platforms. Previously, Arup held notable positions such as the Director of Developer Platforms at Meta, leading a team of over 350 in data privacy initiatives, and held leadership roles at Google in Trust & Safety. They also contribute to the digital landscape as a mentor for the IMDA's SG Digital Leadership Accelerator and as an advisory board member for multiple organizations. Arup's academic background includes an MBA from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering and ongoing studies in Computer Science at Goa University.
