Kyle Rullo is currently pursuing a business degree at Rutgers School of Business–Camden after earning an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Camden County College. Since September 2024, Kyle serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bonduelle Americas, where they align HR practices with business goals and support leadership in resolving complex issues. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as a Human Resources Representative at Bonduelle Fresh Americas from 2020 to 2024, developing competencies in HR management, coaching, and training and development.
