Penny Tabolt

Penny Tabolt has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Starting in 1988 as a Service Manager at Chi Chi's, they quickly progressed to Manager/AGM at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. in 1990. In 1993, they became a Managing Partner at Boston Market before joining Brinker International as a Manager in 1995. At Brinker International, they held various roles including Managing Partner, Area Director, and was with the company until 2012. Following their time at Brinker International, Tabolt served as the Director of Operations at Buffalo Wild Wings from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been associated with Bonefish Grill in different capacities, including Joint Venture Partner, VP of Training, Development, and Strategic Integration, and currently as Regional Vice President.

Penny Tabolt attended The Ohio State University but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
