Caroline Nilsson

Caroline Nilsson has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Caroline currently works at Boneo as the Head of Commercial Operations, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Customer Success/ Project Manager at Boneo from October 2020 to March 2023.

Before joining Boneo, Caroline worked at Bjurfors as a Project Manager from November 2018 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for pursuing development projects linked to marketing, sales, customer experience, and digitalization. Caroline also collaborated with cross-border works from all regions of Bjurfors Sweden and external parties.

Caroline's previous experience includes working as a COO at Renthia from May 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they focused on increasing the company's turnover, efficiency, and productivity. Caroline was involved in partnerships, customer relations, project leading, and collaboration with the CEO and department heads. Caroline also served as a Country Manager at Renthia from March 2016 to May 2017, where they significantly contributed to increasing turnover, expanding the team, and collaborating with new partners.

Before their time at Renthia, Caroline worked as a Real Estate Agent at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling from January 2015 to March 2016. Caroline provided exceptional service to clients, assisting with planning, communication, and legal documentation for buying and selling properties.

Caroline's earlier experience includes working as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant at Bjurfors from October 2013 to February 2015 and as a Sales Assistant at IKEA Group from April 2011 to August 2013.

Caroline Nilsson began their education at the University of Gothenburg, School of Business Economics and Law in 2010. Caroline pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing, which they completed in 2013. In 2012, they participated in an exchange program at Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi', studying Business Administration and Finance. Following their studies at the University of Gothenburg, they attended Halmstad University in 2013 and 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate.
