Fred Koster

Fred Koster has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Fred started their career as an Export Manager at GTI, where they were responsible for national and international sales and initiated the development of a niche market in Solar Energy. Fred then worked as an Account Manager at Pfizer before joining Zimmer as an Area Manager. At Zimmer, they actively visited orthopedic and general surgeons, managed customer relationships, and introduced a joint care program to create higher efficiency and decrease costs.

Following their time at Zimmer, Fred became a Sales Manager at Mathys Ltd Bettlach and successfully managed sales activities. Fred then joined Emdamed B.V. as a Sales Manager for Orthopedics and Traumatology, where they successfully started a new business unit and realized a significant turnover within two years.

Fred's next role was at Arthrex, where they served as the Business Unit Director for Arthroplasty. Fred was responsible for generating new business, introducing innovative products, and setting up studies with key opinion leaders. Fred also managed a team of five direct reports and two inside sales representatives.

Most recently, Fred worked at Imricor as a Sales Manager for Europe, focusing on MRI Guided Ablations. In this role, they managed sales activities and contributed to the company's growth.

Currently, Fred is the Director of Sales BeNeLux at BONESUPPORT AB, where they oversee sales operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Fred Koster has a comprehensive education history, with their latest educational venture being at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Fred attended this institution from 2017 to 2020 and focused on the field of study in business administration, bedrijfskunde, business management, and bedrijfsmanagement. Prior to this, Fred pursued an International Account Management (ISAM) degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they earned a NIMA-B degree in business administration, bedrijfskunde, business management, and bedrijfsmanagement from the same university in 2008-2009. Fred also completed a NIMA-A degree in business administration, bedrijfskunde, business management, and bedrijfsmanagement from Erasmus University Rotterdam between 2001 and 2003.
