Michael DiGuglielmo has over three decades of work experience in various roles and positions. Michael began their career at Rohm and HAAS Chemical Corporation as a Project Leader and was responsible for designing and implementing a dimensional inventory and chemical tracking process. Later, they worked at SSA Mid Atlantic as a Senior Business Consultant, where they applied JIT principles and developed streamlined manufacturing and distribution processes. Michael then joined Commodore International Limited as an Application Manager, overseeing worldwide manufacturing systems.

In 1994, Michael joined Depuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Business Systems and Applications, Vice President of Logistics, Vice President of Global Process Improvements, and Director of Field Equipment. In these roles, they supervised the implementation of ERP software, managed and optimized operations budgets, led global process improvement initiatives, and oversaw the development of the field equipment department.

In 2016, they joined Ortho Solutions, LLC as the U.S. Director of Operations, before moving to their most recent role as the Director of Operations at BONESUPPORT AB. Overall, Michael has a strong background in operations, process improvement, and project management in the medical device industry.

Michael DiGuglielmo's education history includes studies in Supply Chain and Logistics at the Georgia Institute of Technology and studies in Computer Science/Programming at the Airco Institute of Technology in Philadelphia, PA. Michael also obtained Lean/Six Sigma Training by attending courses throughout the US.
