Rita Devassy is a strategic and technical operations leader currently serving as a Global Operations Program Manager at Bonfire Effect. With a strong background in project and program leadership, Rita has successfully led cross-functional projects for global enterprises and has a track record of fostering team alignment and executing high-impact programs. Previously, as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Navigating Cancer, Rita managed multiple projects simultaneously, significantly improved operational efficiencies, and enhanced service delivery. Rita founded Deva Seed, where they transformed leadership coaching, and has spoken widely on mindfulness leadership for organizations across various sectors. Currently pursuing degrees in Business Management and Computer Science at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, Rita also holds a certification in Mindfulness Meditation Instructor Training and Authentic Leadership.
