Che C.

Che C. has extensive experience spanning multiple roles and industries, starting as a Research Fellow at the University of Central Lancashire from April 2001 to February 2006, focusing on issues affecting ethnic minorities. Since December 1996, Che C. has been self-employed as a Free Spirit, engaging in various roles including massage therapist, burger flipper, and band manager, among others. In a recent role as Chief Strategy Officer at Shoptreo Market Place from June 2022 to November 2023, Che C. led strategic initiatives to transform Africa's small-scale manufacturers into global brands. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Construction Manager/M&E Project Manager at Mace from January 2019 to February 2020 on projects, including one for JP Morgan at Canary Wharf, and building satellite transceivers as a Satellite Telecommunications Engineer. Che C. has consistently embraced the identity of a Black Sheep within the family for decades.
