Daniel Norton

Daniel Norton serves as the Head of People in the UK at Bonhams, an esteemed international auction house, since September 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Head of People & Culture at Tomorrow London Ltd, focusing on international HR with a strong emphasis on culture and coaching. Previous experience includes serving as the Head of People at RANKIN and as both Senior Operations & HR Manager and Operations & HR Manager at Protein. Daniel began the professional journey at CREATETHE GROUP as a Manager, working with notable clients such as Burberry and DeBeers. Educationally, Daniel holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA in Film and Creative Writing from London Metropolitan University.
