Julie Mathon

Julie Mathon is a seasoned professional in the art industry, currently serving as a Sales Project Manager and Associate Specialist at Bonhams since March 2021. In this role, Julie oversees the cataloguing, photography, and research of Modern and Contemporary African artworks consigned to Paris, while also managing the auction preparation process. Prior experience includes positions at Afikaris as an Exhibition Manager, where responsibilities encompassed creating and managing exhibition programs, and at PIASA in the Modern and Contemporary Art sales department. Additional roles include a gallery assistant at STOPPENBACH & DELESTRE LIMITED and a writer for O. Magazine. Julie holds a Master's degree in Art Market Management from the Ecole EAC and has completed undergraduate studies at ICD Business School.
