Nerys Arch

Nerys Arch has over 30 years of experience in horticulture, currently serving as Propagation & HSEQ Manager at Boningale Ltd since August 1993. Previously, Nerys worked as a Grower at Bodnant Garden Nurseries from August 1990 to July 1992. Nerys holds a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety obtained from Astutis in 2020, alongside a Higher National Certificate (HNC) and National Diploma (ND) in Hardy Nursery Stock from Pershore College of Horticulture, completed between 1993 and 1996. Educational background also includes attendance at Welsh College of Horticulture from 1990 to 1992 and Ysgol Y Creuddyn from 1985 to 1990.
