BEI was founded as an equipment rental business in 1989. Through the 1990’s, BEI grew as an equipment rental business and acquired additional pieces of heavy equipment. In the year 2000, BEI expanded as an organization working primarily as a subcontractor. By the year 2003, the business began tendering, managing and completing projects as a General Contractor. BEI has enjoyed continued success in the heavy civil contracting business and we attribute this success to the company’s staff. The company operates as a team and has a strong team environment.
