Chatel Sebastien

Chatel Sebastien currently serves as the Responsable équipe de développement at Bontaz since July 2020, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, managing KPI tracking, validating client plans, prioritizing tasks, and reporting activities. Prior to this role, Chatel was the Chef de projet R&D at Bontaz Centre from January 2013 to June 2020, leading projects from inception to completion, including the development of cooling nozzles, solenoid valves, and modules with hydraulic and electrical functions, while maintaining ongoing client communication. Chatel's earlier experience includes a project management internship at Euroteknika, focused on integrating surface treatment processes into medical device production, and research internships at ANTHOGYR SAS, concentrating on ceramic implants for commercialization studies. Chatel holds an engineering degree from INSA Lyon in the field of Materials Science and Engineering.
