Miguel Bracchini

Miguel Bracchini has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Miguel started their career as a Sales Engineer at BetweenMarkets in 2001. Miguel then joined Silicon Laboratories as a B2B Project Manager in 2003. Miguel later worked at Motive, Inc. from 2004 to 2009, holding roles such as Systems Engineer, Manager of Worldwide Corporate SEs, and Sr. Director of Sales Engineering for the Americas. After that, they joined Alcatel-Lucent, where they served as a VP in the Motive Business Unit and later as a Sr. Director for the Connected Home Program from 2009 to 2014. Miguel then worked at Dachis Group as a VP of Solutions and Sales Operations from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they returned to Aurea Software as a Sr. Director of Product and Presales before being promoted to VP of Product Management. Miguel then joined Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in 2017, initially as a Product Line Director and later as the Vice President of Products. Miguel returned to Aurea Software in 2020 as an SVP of Solution Architecture and recently joined Bonterra in 2023 as an SVP of Solutions Architecture. Overall, their experience has focused on solution architecture, product management, sales engineering, and leadership roles in the technology industry.

From 1993 to 1998, Miguel Bracchini attended The University of Texas at Austin where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
