Molly Borst has extensive experience in customer experience and account management, currently serving as the SVP of Strategic Accounts at Bonzo since November 2022, where the focus is on enhancing member experiences and utilizing automation to drive business success. Previously, Molly held the position of Director CX - Head of Happiness at Bonzo from August 2021 to May 2022 and served as the Customer Experience Lead at Core Strengths from October 2018 to August 2021. Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Miami University, completed in 1999.
