Michael Castleman serves as a Board Member for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and boodleAI, while also holding various leadership roles at WittKieffer, including Chief Business Officer & Executive Partner, and Chief Growth & Transformation Officer. With extensive experience in strategic consulting through Inference Strategic Advisors, LLC, which Michael founded, Michael has a proven track record in business planning, growth enablement, and transformation. Prior leadership positions include President & CEO at CDI Corporation, President of the Kenmore, Craftsman & DieHard Business Unit of Sears Holdings Corporation, and Managing Director & Co-Head of Lehman Brothers Venture Partners. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
