Mika Saha

Mika Saha has extensive work experience in various roles within the software industry.

Mika started their career as a Software Designer at Incode Ltd in 2000, where they worked until 2004. Mika then joined Ardites as a Senior Software Designer from 2004 to 2006.

In 2006, Mika joined Symbio Finland and held multiple roles over the years. Mika worked as a Team Leader from 2006 to 2010, a Project Manager from 2010 to 2014, a Site Manager from 2013 to 2015, and Head of Software Development & QA from 2014 to 2015. Mika also served as a Service Delivery Manager from 2016 to 2016 and as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2016. During their time at Symbio Finland, Mika worked closely with customers as the contact point between them and the project team. Mika was involved in automotive HMI development, designing and implementing HMI with Qt and QML.

In 2018, Mika joined Codemen Oy as a Delivery Manager and later became the Senior Delivery Manager. Mika headed the Codemen Delivery team, oversaw back-office operations, and was involved in sales activities in the Oulu Area. Mika worked there until 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Mika returned to Symbio as a Delivery Manager. Mika was responsible for managing deliveries and ensuring successful project outcomes.

In 2021, Mika joined Boogie Software Oy as a Project Manager.

Throughout their career, Mika has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and software design skills.

Mika Saha obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Oulu, where they studied from 1997 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they also received a Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from ISEB/FCST in December 2012.
