Vivek Devrari

Vivek Devrari is the Founder & COO at Book Tech Labs. Vivek has over three years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on customer experience and CRM solutions. Prior to Book Tech Labs, Vivek was a Business Technology Consultant at Channel Affairs, where they launched the customer experience solution at retail stores of 3 countries for Amplifon, one of the biggest hearing aid retailers. Vivek also built and managed the development of CRM solution for Smallsteps BV, one of the largest child care operators of Europe, with 250+ child care centres. Vivek has a Bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Vivek Devrari completed a Bachelor's of Technology in Electronics from Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pilani. Prior to that, they completed high school at St. George's College in Agra, where they studied mathematics and computer science.
