Jessica Saniel has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jessica is currently working as a Manager of Customer Success at Book4Time Inc. since March 2023. Previously, from January 2021 to March 2023, they founded and managed SSHOTS PH as the General Manager. Before that, they worked at Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila as a Service Manager - Front Office from June 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, they held various positions at Solaire Resort and Casino, including Assistant Manager of Shopping Concourse Operations from December 2018 to February 2019, Duty Manager from February 2017 to December 2018, and Front Office Supervisor from September 2013 to February 2017. Jessica also served as a Night Auditor during the pre-opening phase of the establishment from January 2013 to September 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Duty Manager during the pre-opening phase at Luxent Hotel from June 2012 to January 2013. Jessica began their career at Best Western Oxford Suites Makati, where they served as an FO Officer-In-Charge and Rooms Controller / Front Office Agent from May 2007 to June 2010.

Jessica Saniel obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism from Siena College from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from St. Mary's College of Quezon City between 1997 and 2001. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including COVID-19 Contact Tracing from The Johns Hopkins University in August 2020, Creating a High Performance Culture from LinkedIn in April 2020, and Delegating Tasks from LinkedIn in April 2020.
