Paula Buss has a diverse work experience in various companies. Paula started their current role as a Content Performance Specialist at BookBeat in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon from 2020 to 2021, first as a Senior Compliance Associate with Swedish from April 2020 to June 2021, and then as a Deal Operations Specialist from June 2021 to November 2021. Before joining Amazon, Paula worked at AirHelp from 2015 to 2020, holding positions such as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist from August 2018 to March 2020, a Quality Assurance Specialist from August 2017 to August 2018, and an Air Claim Specialist with Swedish from December 2015 to August 2017.
Paula Buss obtained a Bachelor's degree in Scandinavian Studies from the University of Gdansk. Paula pursued their undergraduate education from 2011 to 2014. Subsequently, Paula completed their Master's degree in Law from the same university, studying from 2014 to 2017.
