Runa Torbacke has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Runa started their career in 2013 as the head coach at Tyresögymnastiken, where they were responsible for a group of young gymnasts and focused on their development and enjoyment of gymnastics. In 2016, they joined ICA Maxi Haninge as a cashier and customer service representative, where they excelled in delivering exceptional customer experiences and received positive feedback for their positive and solution-oriented approach. In 2020, they transitioned to ICA Gruppen as an HR Student Relations intern, where they worked on projects related to onboarding, employer branding, and administrative support. Runa also created digital events for students and facilitated digital learning for new employees. Currently, they are employed at BookBeat as a People Operations Assistant, starting in November 2021, and has recently transitioned to the role of People Operations Coordinator in June 2023.

Runa Torbacke completed their education at Stockholm University. Runa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from 2016 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management, Organization, and Society from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Work Psychological Tests from Aon in September 2021.
