Elle Nurmi is an engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering & Product Lead at Chirp Books, where they continue to drive product organization and technical direction. Previously, they worked at various companies, including Lola, where they directed engineering for data and analytics, and BookBub, where they were an Engineering Lead. Elle has a solid foundation in full-stack engineering, data management, and business strategy, and they have held roles that focused on mentorship, project management, and the development of innovative technical solutions. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts at the University of Chicago, they have demonstrated a commitment to both professional excellence and continuous learning.
