Michelle Leach-Rivera has over 25 years of experience in operations, customer service, and marketing. Michelle began their career in 1995 as a Media Assistant at Butte College. In 2001, they joined Bookbyte.com as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for contributing operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, and resolving problems. In addition, they were the Customer Experience and Business Relations Manager, overseeing both the customer and business partner experience through the company's websites and physical brick & mortar locations. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Operations at Bookbyte, where they are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Sales departments, as well as oversite of Bookbyte's eCommerce supply chain and vendor relations.
