Louis Borders

Louis Borders is the current CEO and founder of HDS Global at Bookelicious. Louis has also previously worked as General Counsel for MyWire, Inc. from January 2007 to December 2010, and as a Partner for Cooley Godward Kronish LLP from January 1998 to December 2004.

Louis Borders received a BA in political science from University of California, Los Angeles, a JD from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, an LLM in tax from University of San Diego School of Law, and an MS in management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
