Charles Handler

Charles Handler, Ph.D., is the President and Founder of Rocket-Hire, a company established in May 2001 to provide expertise in the design, implementation, and validation of employee selection systems. In addition to leading Rocket-Hire, Charles currently serves as the President of bookend.ai since February 2024, where the focus is on HR technology solutions. As a contributing author for ERE Media, Inc. for over two decades, Charles has published numerous articles related to talent assessments. Previous roles include serving as President at Sova Assessment and as SVP of Enterprise Product at Good.Co, where Charles developed enterprise-level products and led validation studies. With a strong foundation in I/O psychology from Louisiana State University, Charles has held various consulting positions with companies like Monster Worldwide and ePredix, contributing significantly to the field of talent assessment and HR technology.
