Kristaps B. is currently a Lecturer/Coach at Skrivanek Baltic, where they design and deliver lectures and workshops focused on employee development and workplace culture. As a Freelance Consultant since 2012, they have been scaling mental health and safety frameworks across global teams. Kristaps is also involved in People & Culture at bookingkit, enhancing employee experience through strategic initiatives. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science at the University of Aberdeen and a Master of Science at Maastricht University, while participating in an exchange program at City University of Hong Kong.
