Eric Bailey

Eric Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric currently holds the position of Senior QA Automation Engineer at BookNook since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vista for 10 years, where they held various roles such as DevOps Squad Lead / Quality Consultant and Senior/Lead Quality Engineer. At Vista, they were responsible for defining and improving quality processes, creating automated test suites, and providing guidance on testability and monitoring. Eric also wrote and maintained automated service tests for multiple REST services. Before Vista, Eric worked at TechTarget as a Project Manager and QA Engineer, where they tested and maintained email systems projects. At Streetmail, their first job, they served as a Webmaster, managing the development and maintenance of the company website and internal applications. Overall, Eric Bailey has demonstrated expertise in QA automation, DevOps, project management, and web development throughout their career.

From 1994 to 1998, Eric Bailey attended Ithaca College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Creative Writing.
