Joel Castillo

Joel Castillo, M.Ed., has extensive experience in education and business development. From August 2013 to May 2018, Joel served Northside ISD as a Department Coordinator and Athletic Coach, significantly improving student achievement through data analysis and intervention strategies. Joel also held roles as an Administrative Intern and Assistant Principal, focusing on campus improvement plans and empowering faculty and students. In the business sector, Joel worked as a Business Development Representative for Encyclopaedia Britannica and a Business Development Manager for UWorld, where Joel drove significant growth and client engagement. Currently, Joel is an Account Executive at Kami, managing over 1000 B2B education sector accounts and achieving remarkable year-over-year growth. Joel holds a degree from Lamar University, graduating with a 3.8 GPA.
