Chris Marsh is the Head of Onboarding & Customer Success at BookNow Software, where they manage the customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise and SMB clients. With over a decade of experience in the SaaS industry, Chris previously held roles including Implementation Consultant and Software Implementation Specialist, contributing to successful projects and digital transformations. They began their career at Greggs and later managed a league office at Leisure Leagues. Chris holds a 2:1 degree in Business Management from Coventry University, along with A Levels in Business, Accounting, Psychology, and General Studies.
