Since 1999, Tony Appleby B.Ed has been adapting CBCA notable & shortlisted picture books for the stage & performing them at the very highest standard at Australian primary schools.

Tony has performed his original theatre in education shows for over half a million school students across Australia.

Each year Tony Appleby B.Ed & his creative team take one of the short listed CBCA Picture Book of the Year titles & transform it into an incredibly entertaining stage show for primary school students across Australia.
 
Tony performs the show himself, consisting of the highest level drama, dance & music.
 
He uses drama, dance, original songs & music, mask, puppetry, props, sets, lights, full sound system & wireless headset microphone, raised staging, painted sets, digital projections, costumes, loads of audience participation & a full Q&A session at the end of every show.
