Daniel Effing

Daniel Effing is currently the Head of Development and Standortleiter at Bookwire GmbH, where they lead efforts in cloud-native development and infrastructure scalability. With prior experience as a Software-Entwickler and Technischer Projektleiter at Materna Information & Communications SE from 2001 to 2020, Daniel possesses extensive expertise in building reliable systems with a strong emphasis on information security. They also founded ebs-media GbR, serving as a Software-Entwickler from 1999 to 2001. Daniel holds a Diplom in Informatics from Technische Universität Dortmund, obtained in 2002, and contributed as a student employee at IHK-GfI between 1997 and 2000.
