Andreia Fernandes is a versatile professional with experience in both the culinary and veterinary fields. Currently serving as a Junior Mendix Developer at Bool since January 2023, Andreia has previously held various culinary positions, including Head Chef at Hotel Mouco and Restaurante Gull, as well as Head Cook at Restaurante Porta 4. Andreia's culinary expertise includes menu maintenance, kitchen management, staff training, and task delegation. In the veterinary sector, Andreia co-owned Exóticos em Braga and provided veterinary services, including first opinion consultations and routine surgeries, alongside internships in exotic animal medicine at Atlantic Veterinary College and UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Educational credentials include a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the ICBAS- Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences and other specialized training in veterinary and culinary disciplines.
