At BOOM, we believe that supply chains thrive when diverse perspectives are valued, authentic voices are heard, and everyone can bring their full self to work. What started as a bold vision in 2019 has evolved into a thriving global movement spanning over 65 countries.

Our community is built on the understanding that inclusive supply chains aren't just the right thing to do, they're a competitive advantage that drives innovation, productivity, and engagement. We've created a unique space where supply chain professionals at every career stage can connect, learn, and grow together, sharing knowledge and supporting each other's success.

Today, BOOM partners with some of the world's most respected brands, including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Adidas, and Specsavers, because they recognise what we've always known: that inclusive environments unlock endless possibilities for everyone. Our community continues to evolve as we publish weekly content 'by the community and for the community,' ensuring that world-class knowledge reaches professionals wherever they are in their journey.

What makes BOOM special isn't just our global reach or exclusive content, it's the genuine care and connection our members feel from the moment they join. As one member put it: 'The moment you connect with almost anyone, it's like you have known them for a long time.'
