Elizabeth Yates

Elizabeth Yates is a seasoned sales and finance professional with extensive experience in team management and customer relations. Currently serving as Sales Manager for School and Organizational Sales at Boom Learning since October 2020, Elizabeth oversees the inside sales team and is responsible for training in key sales processes including pipeline management and upselling. Prior roles at Boom Learning included Finance Lead, handling customer payments and invoicing, and Customer Service Wizard, focusing on customer support and account maintenance. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Windstar Cruises from July 2017 to May 2020, where responsibilities included placing orders and managing vendor relations as a Purchasing Assistant and Fleet Operations Admin.
